About the Author

Kirsten Kaminski is the author, recipe developer and creative mind behind ‘The Tasty K’ –
a social media platform for vegan cooking, sustainability and travel tips with more than 450,000 followers and over 50 million organic video views. With a background in International Politics and Conflict Resolution, Kirsten switched careers in early 2016 to become a self-taught photographer and video editor and show the world how easy, healthy and delicious the plant-based lifestyle can be.

Despite growing up in Germany, Kirsten has always had a passion for traveling and has lived in 8 different countries over the past 10 years. Her constant travels have a great influence on her cooking and serve as never-ending inspiration for new dishes and flavors.
