Healthy 3-Ingredient Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • Raspberry:
  • 4 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp coconut milk (or any other plant-based milk - the higher in fat, the creamier)
  • Papaya-Pineapple:
  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen papaya
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp coconut milk (or any other plant-based milk - the higher in fat, the creamier)
Instructions
  1. Simply place all the ingredients into your high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Use your tamper stick to mash everything down.
  2. Pour the liquid ice cream into a plastic container and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  3. Once firm, serve in fresh fruit and enjoy!
Notes
As in all of my recipes, 1 cup equals 250 ml.
